Positive: Although we didn't meet Joanna in person, she was always available through WhatsApp. Place was a bit far from Munich centre but it was easily reachable by the underground. The neighbourhood was lovely and the apartment was nice, and full of everything we needed. Parking was never a problem. Supermarket, 20 mins away on foot.
Negative: The wood flooring. It is too noisy. Especially if you have to wake up at night. WiFi was not available in the bedrooms.

Positive: Very nice apartment on the 3rd floor of a house in the outskirts of Munich. Owner was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. The place was clean and they even had some beer and orangina in the fridge for us. U bahn station just 10 minute walk away, only 5 stops from Marienplatz, so it was very easy to get to all the sites. Ecka supermarket and a pharmacy also a 10 min walk away. Perfect for our family of 4.
Negative: Shower/bath doesn't have a curtain, so you either need to sit down or make sure you're spraying towards the tile wall so you dont get the floor all wet. We figured it out though and water was hot and the water pressure was good.

Positive: The apartment is located in the upper floor or the house, and it’s newly renovated and perfect for someone who is travelling in a group. It has everything you need inside, cooking material (it fitted us perfectly as we always need to cook out food), towels, bed sheets… It’s also located very near a metro station that takes you to the city center in 20 minutes, so the location is super nice if you don’t want to spend a lot of money staying in an expensive hotel in the center.
Negative: The only drawback is that there is no elevator, but the staircase is big enough to not give any problems carrying the luggage upstairs.

Positive: The house is in amazing quite area with a lot of greens and park close to it. The Michelibad metro station is in a walking distance. There is a supermarket closeby and hosts do their best to make sure you have all you need.
Negative: There is only 1 place closeby to eat, an expensive Greek tavern.
